The Council of Noble Patrons is a council of nobility that have given the order the Patronage of their respective noble houses. The Council is represented by the Honorary Prince Grandmaster. The Council has no executive power and may not interefere with the workings of the government. The power to create knighthoods however is vested in the Council. Inclusion and removal from the Council of Noble Patrons is reliant upon the decision of the Honorary Prince Grandmaster.
