Office of the Grand Chancellor
This is the highest elected office within the order. The Grand Chancellor has the power to enact Grand Chancellorial Decrees which, if approved by the Grandmaster, may affect the entire order under the hierarchy.
This office handles the day to day working of the order. The Grand Chancellor is also considered as the Head of Government of the Order.
The current Grand Chancellor is H.Ill.H. Prince Timothy Coulter, Count Palatine of Moscow, Baron of Coulter, Kt.GC.OPD
Background
His Illustrious Highness Prince Timothy Mark Coulter, Count Palatine of Moscow is currently on his second term as Grand Chancellor. He previously held the position of Deputy Grand Chancellor under the Ex-Grand Chancellor Dame Susan Diane Phillips, 1st Grand Chancellor of the Order of Prince Daniel of Kholm.
He also previously held the positions of Chairman of the Office of Information, Protocol and Verification and currently heads the Grand Priory of Canada. |
