This office handles the procurement and distribution of the order's regalia. This office sets the price of the regalia for the members.

Background of the Viscount de Mizda
Born and raised in the United States, and with deep European ancestral roots, Col. Viscount Keith Carson de Mizda has devoted his life both personally and professionally to helping others. He has spent much of life giving back to the community on a daily basis through his career in law enforcement, and as an ordinary citizen. Upon his retirement from law enforcement, Col. Viscount Keith Carson de Mizda was one of the most honored and decorated police officers in the State of Florida. He is also known throughout the world for his philanthropic work.
World leaders, including two presidents, nine governors, several senators, congressman, mayors, city council members, business leaders, and citizens have recognized his contributions with various honors, awards, and letters of commendation and appreciation.
Throughout his life, Keith Carson has been actively involved with and raising funds for many charitable organizations, including the Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Habitat for Humanity, Lighthouse for the Blind, American Red Cross, Partnership for a Drug Free Community, Fern House, the Cousteau Society, Goodwill Industries, March of Dimes, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Palm Beach Community College Foundation, Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary and Hospital, Salvation Army, and the American Heart Association.
