Two Decrees Promulgated
April 5, 2010
The Office of the Grandmaster, by exercising his executive power, has promugated his first two decrees of his second term.
The first decree was concerning the recall elections. The second decree was about the creation of the Order of Precedence and gave provisions for absences of officers.
The Decrees were made after an organization-wide survey was held. The full text of the decrees have been posted on the Executive Orders Page under the Prince Grandmaster Tab. |

Recall Elections to be Held
April 5, 2010
Basing on the surveys conducted by the Office of the Prince Grandmaster and the past referendum conducted by Prince Macak, a recall election will be held for the Supreme Council, the Senate and the newly established Court of Disputes.
Members of the order may submit their candidacy. Current officers may run for reelection. Deadline for submission of candidacy is April 19, 2010 |

Prince Grandmaster Coulter Abdicates
March 31, 2010
Former Grandmaster Roberto Carrillo has received the abdication of Prince Coulter as Grandmaster of the OPD in favor of the former grandmaster.
The former grandmaster Roberto Carrillo has been reinstated. His restoration has been accepted unanimously by the members as well as the senators. |

Dear Esteemed Members of the Order of Prince Daniel of Kholm,
We have received the abdication of Prince Grandmaster Timothy Mark Coulter in favor of me. He has renounced his membership and the membership of his entire Canadian Grand Priory. Along with him Baron Robert Beck of Khotilov has also resigned along with his Japanese Grand Priory.
The restoration of my leadership has been supported by an independent referrendum opened to the entire order by Prince Stanislav Macak as well as several members of the Senate.
Although I have already abdicated due to several libelous attacks on my reputation and leadership, I have realized that I cannot watch the order and all the good that it has done to just simply die out. I am very pleased that several knights have fought to keep the order alive through these turbulent months.
This difficult phase that the order has gone through taught us all to put titles aside and concentrate on what is more important: the good works of the order.
All those who resigned under the term of Prince Coulter is invited to return to the order with your rank restored. Diplomats and Grand Priors are required to report. To all those who do not, we will assume that your Grand Priory/Diplomatic Mission is inactive.
In the next few days, we will be reorganizing the order once more. We will be needing the help of all those who are willing and dedicated. Although members demand the order to be put on track before 6 months, we shall do it in less than 3. By that time, the order will be as it once was.

Plans of Expansion to Indonesia
April 9, 2009
The Order of Prince Daniel of Kholm plans to extend its operations to Indonesia through our Grand Priory and Embassy to Australia headed by H.E. Chev. Dato' Kevin Cheng. The Ambassador plans to establish relations with the different royal houses within Indonesia as well as expand his operations to include the country.
New Envoy to the United Kingdom

Chev. Godwin Odusami, Kt.OPD, former Consul to the UK in London has been appointed as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the UK.
Legation to Paraguay Re-opened
April 6, 2009
The Prince Grandmaster has accepted the application of H.R.H. Prince Andres Omar Ayala, Kt.O.OPD as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary of the Order to the Republic of Paraguay. His mandate is to establish a Grand Priory there under the Grand Commandery of South and Central America.
